Human Resources Advisory Service was established in 2002 by Joyce Chaytor. We were surprised to find that many small and medium-sized businesses had no proper contracts of employment for their staff and no employment policies. They were consistently breaking the law with their lack of adequate documentation.

Our clients agree that their businesses are more successful now that their people-management issues have been dealt with effectively.

Joyce Chaytor

I have a wide range of experience spending many years with Deloittes, Chartered Accountants in London. I gained excellent experience in many of their business units. I worked for some time in their National HR Department as a Senior Manager. My responsibilities in that role involved providing employment law advice to the senior partners and HR professionals around the country.

I have a degree in Politics and History and am a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).
